Note: The $13 return fee is waived if the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received the wrong item or a damaged product).
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. You should see the refund in your bank account within 5-7 business days.
